Certified California Building Code Nerd here to share information with contractors and inspectors alike. With all the code changes we receive and so little time to comb through them, I'm working to create concise, easily digestible interpretations you can read and reference on the go.
My own interest in building and design started early - it's not going anywhere anytime soon. As I work alongside builders to move their projects along, I pick up design ideas and implement them into my own home and work.
